Service Description: Rural Building Platforms (RBPs) are identified in rural subdivisions to control the domestication of rural areas and to provide an easier consenting pathway for land use applications. This layer shows RBP data in Wakatipu and Upper Clutha, audited between August – November 2020. The RBP data have been updated every 2 years (between 2016 and 2020) and are now intended to be kept up to date as and when applications are approved.
